The interviewing principals were extremely friendly and gave good feedback on my portfolio. Interview lasted about 30 min and received a follow up email shortly after.

I attended an online meeting with three panel members for two hours, during which I shared my screen. The session began with a general introduction, followed by basic job-related questions. As the interview progressed, the panel asked advanced questions relevant to the position.

One Time interview - talks and discussions about portfolio. It was about 25 minutes, and they showed me their office and also talked about their history as a firm. The principal had a lot of experience creating plans and drawings. He asked whether I was interested in construction documents.
