Interview
The interview process was very smooth. You will most likely interview with the principal, admin secretary, and a representative from the grade level you show interest in. They would like to see your personality, how you manage a classroom, and how you will implement resources to help students grow.
They reached out to me on Linked In and then never followed through on the interview. I want even looking for a job when they asked me to apply, then I went through all of the beginning stages and no one ever followed up.
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about a position. Asked me to apply. Which i did. Never heard from the recruiter again. Got an automated e-mail saying the position had be closed or filled. The recruiter actually reached out to my references.
