TPICAP Group Services interview questions

The interview process is subpar. The UX design team consists of only 2 designers, both holding inflated titles in the UX field - global head and UX manager, but with more experience in UI and lacking in management or leadership skills. Their roles lack strategic thinking, with a working model heavily focused on agile delivery and development, while their tooling skills are limited to Illustrator. There is a lack of internal processes within the team and with other stakeholders. Overall, the design maturity of the company could be enhanced by bringing in new talent to increase capabilities and knowledge. However, the UX team seems reluctant to pursue this and prefers to hire junior designers to oversee that aspect.
