Interview
A phone screen was conducted with HR, as well as the hiring manager. After that round, a 5-round in-person interview took place across the team and HR dept. The total span of the process was about two weeks. The in-person interviews were all conducted in one day, with a short break for lunch in the middle.
In addition to the hiring manager, interviewers included fellow team members and upper management.

Easy questions: your last work experience, do you know your job duty, are you ok if i need you to work 12 hours a day. Actually, they will hire you no matter you answer as they really need people to work for them. it is because no one want to work 12 hours a day.
