Interviewer knew what they wanted in the person to fill this position. They were quick and concise in their interview questions. No troublesome and lengthy case studies were needed during the interview process. They were also very transparent on the requirements for the position.

Simple and straightforward. Attitude and characteristics are the main factor for the interviewer. There are not much standard interview questions. Teamwork and proactiveness is preferred. Overall, attention to detail is the key factor.

3 rounds of interview: 1 round hr phone interview; 2 round client service director and senior manager interview; 3 written test includes multiple choices and a case study. They don't have an hr in the HK office, a friendly lady from the Australia office gave me the 1st round (online) interview. Based on the discussion with the HK and Sydney staff that one could tell they have different understandings of the priorities of Toluna, many things told by these two offices are in contradiction.
