Interview
Interview process was simple and started in no time. The interviewer was also nice and conducted more of a discussion mode manner.
It would be great if HR update with the result on the same day. Please give a honest feedback to the candidate. Instead of saying we'll get back you, please response with you're not clear the round. The experienced candidates are strong enough to receive the feedback.

There were a problem statement wherein you need to design a solution for time tracking system with the organization. You need to mention the efforts estimation as well as resource plan as well

Interview
There were three rounds.
First is technical written where you need to write some simple as well as tricky programs. Some simple database related problems were also there.
If you are through they call for f2f interview. Again two interviews were there. All they focus is on your understanding about current project as well as basic concepts of Java. They ddnt ask about spring that much. But again your basic understanding should be good. Same is the case with database, struts, web services etc.
If you clear both, next is hr round.
