TIAG (The Informatics Applications Group) interview questions

I met a recruiter during a virtual hiring fair. I asked a few questions about location and sent my resume to the recruiter. Received a phone screening and was contacted for initial interview.

Waste of time. They already had someone in mind to hire internally. After interview I had to emailed them until the Talent Acquisition person finally emailed back saying they hired someone within. Just promote. Do not waste people time and hope if you already have someone in mind! Also rude about emailing back candidates, no respect for the people who take time to come to interview.
