Ghosted!
First interview done in person in office, general questions about experience relating to the role. Had I managed finances, could i manage resources. Some personality based as well
Fairly basic questions.
Was told I'd hear later in the week - never heard anything again from the TA. Tried calling and emailing. Not even an email to say the role had been filled when closed

Interview
2 interviews, the first with the hiring manager and his 2nd in charge. The second with the 2nd in charge and a Human Resources staff member. In between the 1st and 2nd interview I did an online psychometric test which had some IQ and some behavioural questions. The company also did a security check once the job was offered to me.

Question 1
Asked for me to introduce myself and summarise my work history. Then went to behavioural questions and asked me for some examples of when I'd done certain tasks in previous jobs.
