Applied online through a recruiting company. After about two months, I was invited for an interview. The interview was easy and mainly focused on my experience and completed projects. After that, I didn’t hear back for another couple of months until I was asked to submit personal documents. Following that, I was again left without any updates for 2–3 months. I assume I was eventually rejected.
Communication is awfully bad. No replies to emails and calls. No clear timelines.
