Interview
I Got called in for an in person interview and was hired the following week. I went through a 2 week paid training which was a little tedious and immediately started at my location

Interview
Was asked questions regarding my prior experience and how it relates to be being a good worker for the position. The interviewer/ manager was quite relaxed. But it was intimidating being openly interviewed in the common area/back room where other employees were observing while either eating lunch or working around me.

Interview
I applied online, and I got called for an interview ASAP with the store manager about a week later (no phone screening).
I arrived about 10 minutes early, and the interview started right on time. The store manager was very nice, and he explained the position well before he proceeded with the interview (it's basically stocking, setting up displays, and cleaning the store, for those curious). The schedule was about 10-2:30 Mon-Fri, which wouldn't work when I start classes, so we both decided it wouldn't be a good fit. The whole experience was pretty laid back.
Despite the lack of an offer, I got a really good vibe, and the manager seemed to like me. He welcomed me to apply for other positions. This would definitely be a good position for someone wanting to work two part time jobs, but it probably wouldn't work for a full-time college student.
