    Pros

Awesome culture and team environment. Great pay and benefits

    Cons

In some departments there are some Leaders over teams are poor and do not live the company values. This is the only reason I am no longer there.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect and help them achieve goals rather than worry about your own perceptions to Senior Leadership. If you help your team achieve their goals, your goals will also be achieved and your ability to be a leader will be obvious to Sr. Leadership. Some insecure leaders drive good employees away from the company.
