      Customer Service Coach Interview

      May 19, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Apr 2010

      Interview

Great regional recruiters, communication is clear, the hiring process is straight forward, online application, immediate email response stating that a recruiter is interested in you. Background check is somewhat lengthy and detailed. Be precise with all information provided. The recruiter is on the phone frequently to explain just where you stand in the process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The first interview was on phone with recruiter. Second was with HR manager over the phone. On the third I was asked to give detailed information about the coaching process, skill vs will, and the next steps in each scenario. I provided verbatim examples of coaching sessions, there was a 2 man team, both with individual areas of focus. Very dynamic, interactive, mutual and challenging at times, overall very positive experience. This was followed by a 1:1 interview with site director.
