You have to give specific examples when you interview with T-Mobile. You need to sound like you know what you are talking about and you need to look and act professional. Depending on the position you might have up to three interviews and if you are interviewing for a Rep position they will test you math, typing skills.

Give an example when you have to explain steps to a person but they couldn't see you. Give an example of how you handled a difficult customer. Can you explain a time when you have to implement a change for the company.
