First, I was given a phone screen by a current recruiter with the company, who would eventually be my counterpart. There were behavioral and personality questions and questions about my previous interview processes and how I would incorporate them into this new role with T-Mo. The recruiter called back to schedule a face to face interview with local senior leadership. The interview with local leadership team was very laid back and was conducted over coffee. Quick and easy interview; and I received an offer within two days.
