The process includes three interview rounds, but it’s very manageable. Be honest, confident, and knowledgeable about your experience and skills. Expect mostly behavioral questions focused on real-life scenarios. they will ask about your pervious history

2 interviews, standard interview questions. First round with Frontline leader and that is followed up with an interview with another leader. Questions use the STAR format and call on previous experiences.

Interview
Good process with clear expectations. Followed up with next steps and took time to explain the position. Consists of multiple interviews before being offered position. Overall happy with the interview process.
