Email to setup a phone interview with recruiter. Recruiter does coding challenge with a candidate. If recruiter passes the candidate, then they send a coding challenge with any language. Then, in-person interview with HR and technical interview (Coding challenge and multiple questions).

Question 1
Very young man was doing the interview and he asked if I can write the whole code on the board regarding a problem. He then asked me to imagine a writing a code in my sleep.
Contact the hr directly, then after the phone interview. I was asked for onsite interview. That onsite interview cost me 3 hours. The first hour is technical interview, two developers asked some questions about my resume and gave me two algorithm problems to solve and write on the white board. Then the second hour is for java test, which has 50 multiple choices. The third hour is for hr to know the personality of yourself.

Interview
I met the recruiters through a job fair held at my university. They took my resume then an HR person contacted me through email to set up a phone interview first. I was also told that after the phone interview, I would take another onsite interview, it would last about four hours including a paper based java test, and some questions to answer on white board. On the phone interview, I was asked if I am ready to take a full time job, but I answered that I am only looking for an internship. The person on the phone was nice and told me that they only have full time jobs available.
