I interviewed at Systal Technology Solutions (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
The interview was simple and comfortable. The interviewer asked basic questions about my skills, background, and goals. I answered confidently, felt relaxed, and enjoyed the friendly conversation. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Systal Technology Solutions (London, England) in Mar 2025

Disappointing and Unprofessional Interview Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with Systal's interview process. It dragged on for over four months, involving multiple interviews and a detailed presentation. I was told I was the only remaining finalist, only to be suddenly rejected with no clear explanation.
Worse, I was later contacted again because the other candidate reportedly dropped out, and they asked if I was still interested. Despite saying yes and being told an offer was coming, communication became erratic. Promised updates never arrived, and the final excuse for rejection was both inconsistent and unconvincing (including a remark about wearing a “polo shirt” to the interview—which was smart casual and not flagged at the time).
The lack of transparency, the back-and-forth, and ultimately the disrespectful handling of the process makes me question how they treat employees internally. Would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Question 1
Provide an example of a recent campaign you managed in your previous role.
I think it's important to call out organisations who put people through several interviews and then ghost them.
It takes no time to prepare even a automated email that can be sent, especially when you are directly told you'll be given feedback.
Let's call more companies like this out. It's a really big red flag.
