I applied online. I interviewed at Sysdoc in Oct 2025
Interview
I had a phone screening interview that went smoothly, and about a week later, I received an email inviting me to a second interview within the same week, followed by a written assessment the week after. Unfortunately, the second interview did not go as well as I had hoped, as I was somewhat unprepared. Afterward, I did not receive any feedback or update, so I assumed the company still intended to proceed with the assessment.
This is when the whole experience became quite disappointing. I waited for the assessment link, which was supposed to be sent in the morning, but it never arrived. I sent a follow-up email to confirm whether they still wished to proceed, yet received no response. An hour later, I texted to check in and was told that they would call me soon. I waited the entire day, but no call or update came through. The next day, I followed up again and was finally informed via phone call that the company had decided not to proceed with my application.
Overall, I felt quite disappointed with how the interview process was managed, particularly the lack of communication and clarity during the final stage.
