Synetec interview questions

The most drawn out process imaginable. Firstly, interview with CRO, went very well... Then a second interview with the CRO and the one day a week CMO...more formal, lots of questions, went well...still very positive.... Thirdly, they asked for a fully fledged marketing strategy to present ideas and areas of focus...I put a lot of time into it and it went very well, they even got told about how parts of their site were broken... Finally, they grill you on other questions about conversion rates of current job etc, went great...or so you think... I wait for 2 weeks of chasing HR department, hear nothing. Finally I get told they were looking for someone with more managerial experience...which wasn't part of the application or job role. End. Complete waste of time and energy. They have since fixed all the website issues I raised.

I was offered an interview on a specific day for "the morning" (no specific time was granted). On that day, I then get asked to move the interview for the week after, which I agree to. This time, I specifically ask for a time, to which I do get an accurate reply. On the new day of the interview, I realize that I still hadn't received a link for the actual remote interview. I emailed the company but they never got back to me even to this day. They ghosted me without any explanation and they never messaged me back. Incredibly rude and shameful behaviour. Avoid at all costs.
