I applied online. I interviewed at Symphony Clinical Research
Interview
There was very short interview with the Line Manager who did not ask many questions telling mainly about the company and who they need. They even did not check candidate previous experience and qualification.

What are the main responsibilities of the parties according to ICH GCP guidelines?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Symphony Clinical Research (Vernon Hills, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was recruited through LinkedIn for this position. I initially had a phone screen with the recruiting company then with Symphony Clinical Research then was asked to come in for an in person interview. I arrived a few minutes early, however the people who I was interviewing with were more than 15 minutes late. They didn't apologize and took me to a conference room to begin the interview. The interview itself was fine and easy. But just from talking to the 2 interviewees, I could tell that it wouldn't be a good fit for me. This company does not seem flexible and you are required to be "on call" on certain weekends (on call, meaning day and night) to work. When I mentioned that I had never heard of this process, they insisted that the research industry was headed in this way. Since that interview, I've mentioned what they've said in other interviews and no other company has heard of this, or practiced this.
Once I told my recruiter that I would like to remove my name from consideration, he belittled me and yelled at me. Which cemented my decision not to go for this role. The recruiter I worked with was a bully, rude, and had consistent mistakes in his e-mails to me (calling me by the wrong name, giving me wrong job descriptions, big spelling and grammar mistakes in his emails). Any company that works with an individual like this is not someplace I want to be. This is not a one-off recruiter, he works consistently with Symphony Clinical Research and has done so for years.

Question 1
I can't remember any specific questions, but they reviewed my resume and asked me specifics about that and then common sense questions regarding behavior in certain situations, etc.
