Interview
Had an interview with a guy who talked about football. Then said he liked everything he heard from with only asking my salary expectations. Said he would be in touch but never heard back. Glad I didn’t if that is how they do things there!
They use a new interview methodology where candidates interview each other. The process was uncomfortable to most candidates, and seem a bit unprofessional and unclear. It seems like they draw conclusion based on the overall rating a candidate receives from his/her interviews with other candidates.
Peer to peer interviews on the subject matter where you get to play both roles - interviewer and interviewee, each round lasting about 5 mins. Overall process length is 1 hour.
