I applied online. I interviewed at SwiftKick Mobile (Austin, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was quite speedy. I submitted my application and got an email requesting an interview the next day.
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, a one on one with the CEO, then a panel interview with their business team.
The questions are straight forward. There are no philosophical questions trying to gauge what type of worker you are. None of that, "How would you fit a giraffe into a blender?" nonsense.

Question 1
What are you looking to get out of your next role?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SwiftKick Mobile in Sep 2018
Interview
This company is incredibly rude. If you accept a job offer somewhere else and let them know, be expecting a hostile and unprofessional email back.
Here’s the thing, SwiftKick: Developers are rarely interviewing for a single position. Instead of treating potential future employees terribly just because they accepted another offer, build a relationship with them and maybe they’ll come work for you in the future.
If this is how you treat people who aren’t your employees, I can’t imagine what it’s like to work for you.
