It was pretty unprofessional from the beginning. I showed up on time, they weren't ready. The owner also walked in halfway through my in-person interview, didn't introduce himself and then proceeded to be on his phone for the duration of the interview. He was also pretty condescending and tried to be intimidating. I made it through the final round, and the owner even gave me a verbal offer--said the team would be getting back with me in a few days. Didn't hear anything. I reached out to him and the HR representative, and it was crickets. It's disappointing because there were a lot of nice people there. But I honestly fest heavily disrespected after that. Not sure if it was my salary requirements or what. But he could have at least negotiated or has a conversation with me about it.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sweetie Boy Transportation (Richmond, VA)
Interview
I had a virtual interview almost immediately after applying and an in person interview a few days later. I got an offer but the benefits are terrible. One week of PTO including sick leave for the whole year. They’ll offer you a salary lower than the range they posted on the job description. They say they’ll call you to talk about benefits and pay and then ghost you. Overall I found after the interview to be very unprofessional and I was really disappointed in them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sweetie Boy Transportation (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Great communication at first but fell through at the end. I was ghosted after the final interview, I had to go where I applied to see I was not selected by the employer. While I understand not being their choice, the respect of sending a simple text or email will go far. I even checked in, but nothing. Disappointed in the way it was handled, not in how I did not get the job.
Aside from the interview, what they are looking for is a graphic designer. I think they will have a lot better luck for what they want to freelance a graphic designer and someone else to do their social media and other managing items.
