Sutherland had come to our campus for campus selections, where they had asked about interested candidates for voice process. They conducted JAM sessions and an English written test where after reviewing candidates, they called selected candidates for HR round on the same day in person.

It was a very easy group interview, basically went over the job details. No situational questions were asked to where you would have to use the STAR method. Sign offer letter the same day.
