There is two sections .online essay writing and an online group discussion .those who cleared both got placed as associate in voice process.those who cleared the essay only got the non voice job.the essay was very simple.

The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview

The HR was very rude. She behaved badly. This situation made me not go with the process. Assessment test always showed error code. No assistance from assistant hr. So I had to log out of assessment test.
