Straight forward to the point. I was a referral. Spoke with 3 different account managers.
Overall process took 3 weeks.
After it was decided for me to advance, I had to take an UW test that consisted of 50 questions

The interview process was pretty easy. The recruiter asks General Underwriting questions and make you take a test. Then after that you do a phone interview with a hiring manager.
