It started out well. I cleared the telephonic and written rounds. In my first HR meeting, I had set clear expectations around my availability. I was assured that everything will be worked out. After three rounds of interview, when i once again informed about my availability, they mentioned that flexibility is not available and stopped the interview process altogether. I never heard back from the HR.
