First round will be the hr round, then they'll give you a written test and then they'll be the last round, the managers round.
After selection of all these rounds you'll be forwarded to the last round that is the vocabulary testing round, they'll give you a situation and tell you to write a reply email which resolves the issue

I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
