Went for an interview for 4 hours physical, which I was given an assignment to complete, they totally have a “wanna be” attitude. Were nitpicking over the tiniest details and did not consider about the bigger picture, Ive been for interviews with better global recognized companies with foreigners and you can see that difference. Its more of an attitude problem, where two were interviewing me, one was asking a bit of stupid questions too but it was encouraged since he’s employed there. Seems like two clowns who were there in the company for a while and got promoted. and they think even new comers are supposed to know the process in and out of their company, hilarious, Big headed for sure, not humble at all, doesn’t have a proper process on first impressions too, no proper introduction, and they have a high image on their head, where as a other CEOs from global companies ive been interviewed to have more of a humble approach. And I saw they have recently advertised this job opening again on linkedIn, lol good luck finding people on that attitude and mindset.

I had an excellent interview experience at Surge, marking the first time in my past eight years that I encountered such a comprehensive process. The interview consisted of four stages: Initial Interview Case Study and Presentation Second Interview Final Interview Each stage was efficiently managed and highly effective. They were filled with practical questions based on my previous experience in other companies, focusing on business analysis processes and product management concepts. The highlight of the entire process was the second stage, the Case Study and Presentation. It provided a fantastic opportunity to showcase myself to a panel consisting of two to three members. We were presented with a case study and required to deliver a presentation on it within a total time frame of four hours. This experience was unprecedented for me, offering a platform to demonstrate my expertise in Business Analysis and Product Management. The allocated time for the presentation was ample, allowing for thorough preparation and presentation to the panel. I must say, it was an immensely positive experience. The panel members were friendly and receptive, making efforts to understand our perspectives on the topics we presented.
