Question 1
“Can you walk us through a recent embedded project you worked on, including the challenges you faced and how you overcame them?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sure Grip Controls (Saanich, BC) in Sep 2020
Interview
Very long interview with multiple, 4 or 5 "panels" consisting of 4-6 interviewers per panel. Very few engineering related questions, most questions are based off work culture and personality. Very few of the interviewers were engineers and therefore questions were again related to personality and culture fit. Sure Grip was very concerned with maintaining they culture they have cultivated. Started early in a hiring boom there and therefore this process changed slightly after my interview.
