Short sit down interview with the GM. Unless you have a good deal of bartending experience you will be interviewed for a security or logistics position before you are even considered to get behind one of the bars. They promote well from the inside. Trust, People Skills, Speedy Service and Leadership are very important to the owners. This place is a family, do not cause drama or go against the family dynamic.
