I sent them our resume via email. They called me 1 week after I sent the email and asked me for an in-person interview. Basically just asked some questions about my academic, tested my knowledge about the subject that I am going to teach and asked for a short demo session.

The interview process is carried out via phone. The process is very fast. Just take around 10mins, easy to pass. Should be able to pass through. Just need to revise the materials beforehand to ensure teaching quality
