The first round is the round followed by an interview with the Founder and they give you an offer based on how you perform in the interview with the Founder.

Interview and the on boarding process was smooth. Got a call from HR for the conformation date for the Interview, Basic questions regarding the position applied for was asked. (Come prepared with good knowledge of the field you would be working on at this stage)
