Sunda International Group interview questions

Hectic and untimely. They tend to call you late to schedule your interview, yet you might be engaged elsewhere, which I found a bit wanting. They also seem a bit unsure about what they are looking for.

The interview process begins with them sending you a form to fill out. Interestingly, they ask for the name and contact details of your emergency contact, which feels a bit odd. Then comes the actual interview with the manager and the recruitment officer. However, they seem to have little understanding of the scope of work. What they’re looking for doesn’t really align with the actual job, and the recruitment officer isn’t familiar with the job description, leaving you to walk into the interview blindly.
