I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a 1-on-1 45-minute interview via TEAMS. It was in French and they tested your English fluency as well. It was fairly casual. Some questions were behavioral (tell me about yourself, what would you do in xyz situation) and others were a bit technical (i.e. suppose a worker wanted to go back to work and his boss agreed with it, but his doctor is against it, what would you do?).
