How would you describe your knowledge of insurance products, policies, and the overall insurance process? What specific areas do you feel most confident in?
What is your understanding of the certification requirements within the industry, and how have you worked to meet those standards? What strategies do you use to foster long-term relationships with clients? How do you ensure you are continuously adding value and growing your client book over time?
Interview fairly easy. Easy to get in. The training is top notch and intense.
However you need to run like a business not a corporate job.
In terms of interview, as long as you have an ambition and know the sales game. You're in.
Pretty straight forward, sales and network questions, questions about competencies and previous experiences. Have behavioural and experiential questions prepared for and understand how you can leverage your network in the jobs operations.
