Straightforward interview process, however, minimum communication once I reached the last level of interviewing. Then nothing for 2 weeks - strange I didn’t get a phone call. I got an email a few weeks later with a decline, but I think if you make it after 4-5 rounds a call would of been appreciated. Overall the interview was average, just a long process.

Both the recruiter and manager were lovely, however they decided to go with an internal applicant.
While I understand the decision, it was extremely disappointing to hear. As any other financial organization, Sun Life is quite difficult to get into. I hope one day I'll be able to join this amazing organization, but until then I'll keep applying!
