1st Round: Preliminary interview basically for the manager to get to know my interpersonal skills and if I am able to effectually communicate with people. Also a way to determine my career goals, passions in life and business mind-set.
2nd Round: Met with two top account managers who described to me the details of the job in terms of the daily tasks, pay structure, hours and benefits. Learned it was a residential marketing job for a little less than a year, but t was also a program designed to build future campaign managers for Fortune 500 companies. I was asked questions regarding my sales background, degree, and customer service skills. Also was asked to elaborate on my leadership skills and why I would be a good candidate for the position.
3rd Round: A written question air was required to complete the process. I was then selected by the account manager and was asked back were the manager offered me the position.
