I went through only one round of interviews with Chris Flores. The process was really quick; I interviewed at the beginning of the week and knew whether or not I got it by the end of the week.

What are some activities you would encourage the kids to do?
I applied through my school's online job pool. The next day I got email to set up a phone interview. We spoke for about 45 minutes about my leadership qualities and experiences working with students and teams. Told me about the zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs at Summerfuel. I was offered a position at the end of the interview
