Sultan Qaboos University interview questions

I had received an email from sustainable energy research center for shortlisting for a researcher positions on 30 January 2024. I uploaded all required document. However still waiting for next procedure. The status of my application is still showing 'New'. Can any one guide me how much time usually they take to interview.
