Subsentio interview questions

First interview was an introductory phone call where they explained the job, culture of the job, and interview process as well as wanting to get to know you. Second interview was with 2 folks in senior positions (Manager and a Team Lead). Went over the job more and asked for relevant experience. Last interview was with the director, and after feedback from the previous interview, was bumped up a position to a T&S Analyst position. Was advised I would hear if I was moving on or not by the weeks end.
