Stage 1: Online Aptitude Test (Less than 20 questions) Stage 2: If you are in Bangalore (Will be asked to come to company and face entry level programming) Stage 3: Interview (Skype interview for Non-Bangalore Residents) Stage 4: HR Interview --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If passed, you would be selected for a 3 month training period (#No salary during this period, since you are a trainee and not working under any live project). Month 1 : Will be asked to learn about a technology or a few. Month 2 : Will be asked to do a demo project based on your skills. Month 3 : Project Analysis + Will be put into Live Project for further analysis. Month 4 : An analysis of your performance would be given. And a decision would be made whether to let you continue or not. If you perform good, your training period would be end before 3 months itself.

They had asked few coding questions which was relatively easy to answer. You can answer them in C# or Java. They were based on normal sorting and arrangement of strings. Later they had another coding round and later manager round.
