I encountered a challenging situation with the HR department of a this firm I interviewed with. After a positive first-round interview, I was informed that I would be moving forward to the next round. However, despite several follow-ups and an initial positive response, I did not receive any further communication or updates from the HR representative. This lack of follow-through was disappointing and unprofessional, leaving me without closure on the application process. Atleast as a candidate we look for the response irrespective if its negative or positive.
