Ghosted after second interview. Interviewer specifically asked me not to ghost them during the process. I did not feel like the respect level was mutual, especially since I was asked to send an email summarizing my thoughts on my second interview. I did follow up once. It would behoove the company to create a rejection template and send it out to those who took time off to interview for the position, especially those who went through more than one interview sitting.
