The whole thing took about a month, and they keep to their projected schedule but there is no communication really in between steps. First, there was the application deadline, and about a week after that they called to set up phone interviews. Next, you had your phone interview, and about a week later they emailed to set up an in face interview. Two weeks later was the in person interview. I found out that I did not receive the job a week later. The in person interview was comprised of two parts. First, the hiring committee interviews you in person. Then, you have to complete a list of tasks such as proof reading, responding to an email, and planning an event. Overall, one of the most professional organizations with whom I have interviewed. Everyone there is so nice!
