Very thorough. Friendly interviewers. There was an information night, followed by an interview, then we got to shadow people so you got a real sense of what the job would be like. Overall, a great experience.

Interview
It was more like a presentation than an interview. I could hardly get a word in! Result was that they found out almost zero about me and I was left with the impression that they have a lot to learn about recruitment.

They asked me inappropriate questions about my family and personal life. I think they were trying to appear casual or friendly but it came across as creepy as the questions came out of nowhere. I found out later that they prefer to hire you if you have a family member already working there.
