I am disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I encountered during my recent recruitment experience with your company. Despite being initially contacted by a recruiter from Stratus Technology, there were repeated failures to schedule a meeting, which has left me disheartened. After showing my interest in the opportunity, I promptly responded and provided my availability for a meeting or interview. Unfortunately, the recruiter consistently failed to follow through on their promises to set up a meeting. This lack of communication and organization reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to candidates. Transparent and efficient communication is vital in creating a positive candidate experience. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and ensure that future candidates are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
There were 2rounds of technical interviews .question are on Gw best practice and previous project related questions , Gw configuration and Data model . Interview was average one was with technical person 2nd round was with vice president

First of all it was very unprofessional since the first meeting itself had to postponed many times due to some issues at the recruiter's end and on the day that the first meeting happened, they were late by 30 minutes. Further after being told that i am through to the second round, they sent an email for the next week and it got cancelled and i did not hear back from them.
