Unfortunately, the recruiter consistently failed to follow through on their promises to set up a meeting. This lack of communication and organization reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to candidates. Transparent and efficient communication is vital in creating a positive candidate experience. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and ensure that future candidates are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
