Very generous and thoughtful throughout. Multiple days to take the technical assessment and they genuinely seemed interested in what I had designed and what I have done throughout my career. Somehow never made me feel nervous when they asked any sort of question.

Interview
The interview was one round and a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The technical questions were related to C++ questions and then afterwards, I was given an offline tech test. The questions were related to OOD principles, C++ data structures and algorithms, C++ memory management, how C++ pointers work, etc.
It was straightforward. They talked about you personal experiences on your resume and then give you a technical exam. Overall, the interview process was not stressful and easy to go through.
