      Interview

Most disrespectful and awkward process I have ever been in my whole career. Outdated, sexist, ageist, xenophobe… It’s not because you are not forbidden by law to ask some questions that it makes it okay to ask. I was so shocked that I could not react accordingly immediately and interrupt, so I pretended to believe in the justifications for asking the questions (which is worse as she probably was aware that asking them was not okay at all). That was unbelievable and amateur. Apparently they were more preoccupied if I am too old and if I might be having a kid (then perhaps having to take a maternity leave) than learning how good I am at the job. Not only that, the woman mentioned she worked with people of my nationality before and we (as if +100M people could be defined by her few experiences) tend to not tackle problems straightforwardly and work in circles…. Come on. This was so bizarre that I really wanted to share this experience here so other women candidates know how they might treat you. This interview likely reflects their C Level vision and guidelines, otherwise they would not hire this kind of HR professionals, as, guess what, they are most times the first impression you have of them. Good job, Stay-App, keep the prejudice flowing.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Do you have children, how old are you (just asking because…. how will organise to come to the office / you look young…). BS. Sexist and ageist company.
