It was an easy very relaxed and welcoming environment. The process was overall not super overwhelming. They did a great job of making sure my questions were answered as well.

The employer was a very straightforward good man. Made me feel like I was going to be at home when doing the interview process. However I couldn't tell what he was looking for, I think a hard-working dedicated individual and he chose the right person.
